Why is pricing on the booking site and not here?
Because that is where it stays current and where you book. The booking site shows every package by property and service, so the price you see is the price you book.
How is pricing organized?
By property and by service. You choose the property type, then add the services the listing needs: photography, video and reels, aerial, iGUIDE 3D tour, floor plans, twilight, virtual staging.
What is included in the standard photo package?
Up to 30 photos, finished to an editorial standard and delivered within 24 hours.
What happens to photos I do not use?
Unused photos do not go to waste. If a smaller property only needs 10, the remaining credit applies to a future shoot. You book the standard package again and the credit carries.
What should I know before I book?
- Payment. We accept cash or check at the shoot, and all major credit cards through online invoicing.
- Cancellation. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the shoot may incur a fee. If the property is not ready and the delay passes 30 minutes, a 50% fee applies; past one hour, 100%.
- Licensing. Basic photo packages are licensed for MLS posting only. Airbnb and VRBO use requires a commercial license. See the licensing page.

Our core service area is Northern New Jersey, including Bergen, Hudson, Essex, and Morris counties, plus Manhattan, Brooklyn, Westchester, and the Hamptons. Have a project outside this area? Reach out and we can usually make it work.
Photos are delivered within 24 hours. Video takes up to 72 hours.
