Who owns the rights to the photos?
LEKKER Studios retains copyright to all images unless special arrangements are made and additional licensing fees are paid.
What can I do with a basic photo package?
Basic photo packages are licensed for MLS posting only. That covers the listing itself. Use beyond the MLS is a separate license.
Can I use the images for an Airbnb or VRBO listing?
No. Basic photo packages are licensed for MLS posting only. Airbnb and VRBO use requires a commercial license.
What needs a commercial license?
Any use that is not MLS posting of the listing you booked: short-term rental listings, advertising, print campaigns, developer marketing, third-party reuse. Tell us the use and we will state the license in writing.
How long are my images stored?
We hold images online for up to 30 days after delivery. After that, storage is the client’s responsibility. Download and back up your gallery when it arrives.
Can someone else reuse my listing photos?
Not without a license from LEKKER Studios. Images are licensed to the client who booked the shoot.

We accept cash or check at the shoot, and all major credit cards through online invoicing.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the shoot may incur a fee. If the property is not ready and the delay passes 30 minutes, a 50% fee applies; past one hour, 100%.
