What is virtual twilight?
A twilight look created from a daytime exterior frame when a dusk visit is not possible. It is offered alongside on-site twilight sessions. Ask when you book and we will recommend which fits the property and the schedule.
How does virtual staging work?
Virtual staging digitally furnishes photos of vacant or under-construction rooms so buyers can see how the space lives.
When does each one earn its place?
- Real twilight. Properties with landscape lighting, pools, glass, or a view that opens at dusk.
- Virtual twilight. When the listing date will not wait for the right evening.
- Virtual staging. Vacant homes, new construction, and rooms whose purpose is not obvious when empty.
What is delivered?
Twilight frames from an on-site session are delivered within 24 hours, like all photos. A stand-alone twilight session is an evening shoot at sunset with 6 photos. Virtual twilight and virtual staging are delivered as finished frames alongside your gallery. Ask about timing when you book.
