What is a listing floor plan?
A clean schematic drawing of each level of the home, showing room layout and how the spaces connect. It gives buyers the information photographs cannot: proportion, flow, and where one room sits relative to another.
How are the floor plans produced?
Our floor plans come from the iGUIDE system. An iGUIDE is an interactive 3D walkthrough paired with accurate floor plans, captured on site during your shoot. You can order the tour and the plans together, or the plans alone.
