What is included in a luxury real estate photo shoot?
The standard package includes up to 30 photos, finished to an editorial standard. Unused photos do not go to waste. If a smaller property only needs 10, the remaining credit applies to a future shoot.

How long does a shoot take?
Most shoots take one to two hours on site. Larger properties take longer. Plan for one to two hours and we will confirm the estimate when you book.
How is the photography different?
The studio works light first. Natural light decides composition, mood, and camera position before anything else does. Artificial light is shaped to support it.
No flat HDR. No artificial skies. No oversaturation. Highlights hold, shadows keep their depth, and the color of the room stays true. The result reads like a magazine spread, not an MLS grid.
